The project envisaged the placement of modern administrative and warehouse complex buildings on the territory – single-story buildings (with built-in administrative premises on two levels), constructed using modern technologies. The maximum height of the buildings is determined considering the possibility of installing modern equipment for storing goods.
On a 6.0-hectare site, the project involves the construction of administrative and warehouse buildings – general-purpose trade distribution warehouses with integrated office premises and technological buildings and structures. Additionally, the complex’s territory includes areas for maneuvering and parking for cargo vehicles, parking for BDF containers, and parking for private vehicles.
The New Mail administrative and warehouse complex includes the following main buildings and structures:
– Two administrative and warehouse complex buildings (Building A and Building B) with integrated administrative premises on three floors each;
– Utility building with checkpoint 1 (CP-1);
– Checkpoints with fire posts;
– Parking for individual vehicles with 10 parking spaces;
– Parking for individual vehicles with 15 parking spaces;
– Parking for cargo vehicles with 10 parking spaces;
– Fire reservoirs;
– Solid fuel boiler with pellet operational reserve silo, ash pit, and noria, with smoke gas purification facilities;
– Local purification facilities;
– Existing water well;
– Rest areas equipped with canopies;
– Oil and benzene traps;
– Electrical substation (2 units).The choice of the construction site was influenced by the investment intentions of the plot owner and the urban planning situation characterized by the convenient location of the complex near the city of Kharkiv and adjacent to the international highway of state importance M03.
