The designed house has a large terrace and balcony, with exits from the main premises of the house. The house has a living room, dining room and greenhouse that opens onto the garden.
The appearance of the building is dictated by its location in the garden community – the building is decorated with light plaster, the terraces and fragments of the facades are covered with thermowood.
