The residential building is one-story. All rooms of the house make up 3 zones.
1. The common area is represented by a kitchen-dining room and a large living room, which is united by a single space with a hall-fireplace room;
2. The utility area includes a dressing room, ironing room, engineering unit, and laundry room;
3. The third zone is represented by two large bedrooms with dressing rooms and a large bathroom.
