The reconstruction of the existing single-story building in the residential courtyard aims to create a convenient office building for a small company with maximum space utilization on this modest land plot.
As a result, a small two-story building with the necessary set of premises was obtained. At the same time, all sanitary and fire safety issues were addressed, and an aesthetic element was introduced into the courtyard.
