The project involves the construction of a 2-story building with dimensions of 15.350×32.250 on the site of the existing garage, which is subject to demolition. The main entrance to the building is planned from Molodezhna Street. The access to the building is designed according to the existing scheme – from Molodezhna Street. A guest parking lot for 3 cars is planned near the main entrance. A circular drive around the building is provided for the access of fire brigades to the planned building. The installation of a ground-based fire reservoir for external fire extinguishing needs is envisaged. To address the sewage system of the building, the construction of underground treatment facilities and a reservoir for the accumulation of conditionally clean water is planned.
The project includes dividing the plan of the 1st floor into three functional zones: in axes 1-7, A-I, a vestibule hall for meetings; in axes 7-13, Ж-И, utility and technical rooms; in axes 8-9, Б-Е, rest rooms. Security rooms and a stair-lift node, leading to the rooms on the second floor, adjoin the vestibule.
On the second floor, there are rooms for the management, accounting, and offices for employees.
Evacuation from the second floor is provided by two evacuation staircases (type СК1). One of the staircases leads directly outside.
