On the plot, a two-story individual country house, a cellar, and an economic block are being designed. To prevent coastal erosion, specialized organization carries out reinforcement of the coast with wooden piles and the establishment of a beach. These measures eliminate the threat of coast collapse, soil erosion, waterlogging, and tree falling. The project includes the construction of an individual country house, an economic block, and a cellar outside the sanitary protection zone of the Pechenizhskoe Reservoir.
The designed individual country house (two-story) is located in the middle of the plot and harmoniously integrates into the existing situation, having a favorable orientation according to the cardinal directions.
Terraces are planned in all bedrooms, the dining room, and the living room. A double-sided fireplace is designed between the hall and the living room. All bedrooms are designed with their own bathrooms and wardrobes. A bathroom for the service staff, which opens into the hall, is provided in the house. Access to the attic is provided from the hall of the second floor.
The main entrance to the site is designed from the eastern side of the existing driveway. At the entrance, a temporary parking lot is planned for passenger cars and an economic block, which consists of security premises, utility rooms, a boiler room, and a covered area for the potential installation of a diesel generator. From the side of the existing driveway, a second technical entrance is provided for servicing purification facilities and waste removal. Access for firefighting equipment to the site is planned via a driveway with gravel covering, with the organization of a turning area near the proposed building.
