The project involves the reconstruction of a comprehensive secondary school with the addition of a sports hall, a cafeteria, and classrooms. Additionally, a comprehensive improvement plan is set to include the construction of a sports ground for the students and residents of the district within the designated land plot of 1.2440 hectares.

The school building slated for reconstruction is designed as a comprehensive educational institution for grades 1-12, with a total capacity of 240 seats (20 students per class in the 1st parallel). The fire resistance rating of the building is II. The school is planned as a 1-2-story structure, with a building height up to the roof ridge of 12 m. The floor height (clear height) is 3.6 m on the lower floor and 4.2 m on the upper floor. The main entrance is designed on the north side.

To facilitate a complete educational process in the school, the following facilities are planned:

– 7 universal classrooms and specialized classrooms for general education subjects (literature, history and social studies, geography, mathematics);
– Three laboratories for natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology);

  • – Computer Science and Information Technology Classroom;
    – Combined Workshop;
    – Service Workshop;
    – Gymnasium;
    – Cafeteria with 80 seats, working with raw materials and semi-finished products;
    – Assembly Hall with 120 seats.

    The building is favorably oriented in terms of room groups in relation to the sides of the world. All classrooms are provided with natural lighting. The orientation of the classrooms meets the regulatory requirements.
