The project includes the reconstruction of the experimental field base building into a complex of material storage, administrative and residential premises, and a car parking facility in accordance with the Town Planning Conditions No. 42/07 dated May 4, 2007. The reconstructed complex consists of the following buildings: the existing main building with dimensions of 72.7 m by 72.0 m and a height of 12.2 m, the existing 4-story annex ABK with dimensions of 12.0 m by 42.0 m and a height of 14.8 m, with an added preparation block with a height of 9.0-6.6 m, and an added boiler room, ventilation room, and fire pump station block with dimensions of 12.0 m by 18.0 m and a height of 5.2 m. Thus, the warehouse complex includes floor storage areas in the basement of the main building and in axes B/1-A/2 of the 1st floor of the ABK, on the 1st floor of the main building, a preparation area (attached to the main building), administrative and residential premises in the ABK building, and an engineering block attached to the main building.

On the west side of the complex, there are electrical transformer substations, a mobile diesel generator, and a central control station. A security pavilion is planned on the east side. An underground firewater reservoir with a capacity of 500 m3 is designed on the south side. A platform for installing waste containers, with vehicle access, is provided on the southwest side of the site.

The warehouse complex has 3 entrances and exits on the north side. A turning platform is planned on the preparation side, necessary for maneuvering cargo vehicles. A fire lane is provided around the complex. On the west side (opposite the ABK building), a car parking area for 22 vehicles is planned according to the project.
